The workout was not my favorite. First we had to listen to the song Roxanne and jog in place or do jumping jacks until they said Roxanne. Then we had to do a burpee. Yuck. We played a game where we squatted in a circle and had to pass a medicine ball around until someone in the center dropped the weight they were holding. Next we had to work on something we were bad at. I practiced my grip strength.
For the main set we did 12 minutes of as many rounds as possible of 50 ft bear crawls and then 50 fr broad jumps. I did 7.5 rounds.
I dropped my car at the mechanic and then walked home. I showered and took a 30 min nap.
At work I ate two eggs at 9:40am.
