Almost two years later....

It has been almost two years since I posted. Life has been wonderful and I continued to work on the list. Lots changed in the last two years though, so I did a lot of awesome things that were not on this list too. I plan to start a new list for October 1, 2015 and continue on with trying to do cool/random things.

I completed the following:

4. Watch ten movies of Robert's choice that I have never seen. - Most of them were scary movies like, two versions of the Dawn of the Dead, the Shining, Blair Witch Project, and Sixth Sense. There were also some documentaries in there like Food Inc.

21. Collect contact information of friends and relatives. - I had to do this to send invites for my wedding! Since then I had a baby and updated the list for birth announcements. It is amazing how many addresses changed in such a sort period!

24. Get Married! - Robert and I got married with 169 of our closest friends and family there to celebrate with us!

27. Complete a triathlon. - I completed the Rocketman Triathlon in Titusville Florida. The bike course was awesome. I got to ride by both launch pads and the VAB!

28, 29, and 30 - were completed after joining crossfit. I did it for about 6 months and I really enjoyed it and I got rather strong! I also ran my fastest 5k in many years but didn't break 24 minutes :/

49. Go to IKEA in Orlando. - Robert and I made the epic journey several months ago to prepare for the arrival of our baby girl!

51. Build a sand castle - done. Robert and I went to the beach when our friends Amy and Jason and Domenic were visiting. I built a sand castle then.

52. Dye my hair - I dyed my hair red, it was fun. Since then I have opted for an ombre look that I really like.

54. See three movies in one day. - Robert and I did this, it was really fun. We saw World War Z, Star Trek, and Superman.

56. Go to a restaurant just for dessert. - Robert and I had dessert with Ben and Tracey at BJs

66, No soda for 6 months. - I made it from July 2014 to May 2015. Then I fell off the wagon and still have soda now... ooops.

Ooops!

I forgot chili had beans! The chili I make at home is beanless and when they described it as beef chili I thought of what I make. This chili didn't seem to have any meat, just beans!

Start of the 8 week challenge

To be honest I really don't want to be selective about what I eat today. I am still on vacation in Arizona with my mom and sisters. This morning I took Teri to the airport then went back to sleep. Then mom and I took Erin to work an now we are at U.S. Egg for breakfast. I am ordering the Texan omelette which has beef chili tomatoes jack and cheddar cheese sour cream and salsa. Comes with a side of hash browns and an English muffin but I wont eat the muffin.

All kinds of fail

Well you may have noticed I failed miserable. So I am going to try again. My Crossfit box is having a look good naked challenge and I signed up. It's eight weeks starting Monday. So it will end just before thanksgiving. Our coach wants us to send him our age height and weight. As well as, several pictures and our waist measurement at the belly button. Currently I am 28 years old, 5'3" and 160.3lbs. My waist measurement is 41.5 inches.

There is a few days before it starts. I am going to try to get a head start instead of gorging the last few days. I will let you know how it goes... Hopefully

Day 2 - Meals 2 and 3

Well I already messed up. I just refuse to say no to free food. I had to take my boss to get a rental car and as a thank you he got me a Cuban from panera and if course I had some chips, diet coke, and m&ms to go with it. I ate at 1:00pm

I ended up working until 8:30pm and was so tempted to grab food on the way home. But I didn't and much to my surprised Robert had made some beef stir fry which I ate at 9pm. I was proud of myself for making it home without a drive through.

Day 2 - Meal 1

Weight - 156.1 lbs

This morning I woke up with a terrible headache. Maybe it's because I had a glass of wine with dinner instead of water. I made some bacon which Robert said I burnt. I just like it crispy. I ended up eating two of his pieces because he didn't like it.

8:30am - 6 pieces of bacon

Day 1 - Meal 3

I had a really nice evening. I picked up the car from the mechanic and then Robert and I cooked together. He made one of his mom's dishes. Sausage and pepper sauce which we served over spaghetti squash. We had a glass of wine and watched an episode of breaking bad. I went to bed early.

8pm - sausage and pepper sauce over spaghetti squash
