An attempt at tackling the health goals


I have started many of the health and fitness related goals many times already and failed miserably. Several times I have thought that I should blog that I have started and keep you updated daily. I have hesitated to do so because I knew I would fail. This time I don't want to. I want to actually follow through with healthy eating for once and not just think about doing it. Even as I write this I am afraid I will faulter. If I do I am going to blog about it. So tomorrow I am going to try paleo only for 30 days. This will also include no fast food for 30 days and I should be blogging about it everyday hopefully taking care of another goal. 

I started crossfit two weeks ago and I am hopeful that this will help me stay motivated. Part of the plan is weekly nutrition check ins with my coach. He wants me to record what I eat and the time that I eat for five days and then schedule a meeting with him. I plan on blogging every time I eat something giving the time and description so I can look back later and record it.
